Cajline offers a variety of services to make it easier for vendors to get their items into the hands of buyers quickly and securely.

Canada Post Labels:

By using Canada Post shipping labels, we agree to comply with Canada Post rules. On check out, you may purchase parcel insurance from Canada Post for packages that are shipped using Canada Post shipping labels. Insurance claims for packages sent using Canada Post labels are handled exclusively by Canada Post.
The cost of a shipping label will depend on the origin, destination, weight and dimensions of the package. If you add signature confirmation or insurance, those fees will be added to the total cost of the label at the point of purchase.

The "Ship By" Dates and Processing Times for your Purchase:

The processing time is the length of time between when an item is ordered and when it ships. Note: If an item does not have a specified processing time, the buyer will not see a "ship by" date during the checkout process. If the buyer places an order for multiple items and one doesn't have a processing time, then the whole order won't show a "ship by" date, even if other items in the order do have processing times.

Where can you see it? For buyers, the processing time is displayed during the checkout process:

Once a purchase has been completed and marked as paid, buyers can see a "ship by" date on their Receipt page.

Determine Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items. To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
1. Select Proceed to Checkout
2.Select or add your shipping address
3. Select a shipping method and selectContinue
4. Select a payment method and selectContinue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary.

Shipping Times within Canada:

When shipping within Canada, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Note: The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.

Shipping to Remote Locations within Canada

Remote locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve.
Examples are: Only Standard shipping is available when the shipping address is a remote location. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to these locations.
Some items cannot be shipped to remote locations. If an item cannot be shipped to remote locations, this information appears on the product detail page.

About Shipping Preferences:

Every time you place an order via the Shopping Cart, you can choose to either group your items into as few shipments as possible or else ship each item as it becomes available.
You can change your shipping preferences in Your Account at any time after placing your order as long as the order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

Group My Items Into As Few Shipments As Possible

Your orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible. This may take longer to ship depending on product availability, but there will only be one per-shipment charge. Please be aware that items listed as having Not Yet Released or Back Ordered availability can potentially delay shipments with this shipping option.

Items requiring special shipping and handling (for example, items that are large and/or heavy):

These items are marked on their product detail pages and will ship separately from other items in your order.
Note: You will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place the order.

About Combined Shipments:

When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.
Items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following criteria:
Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won't change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You'll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will not be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders.

How Are Shipping and Delivery Dates Calculated?

You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order summary, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Orders after you've placed your order.
Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you've chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.
After an order has shipped, you can track your packages by login your account to your order.

FREE Shipping

Your order will be delivered within 5-8 business days (except for remote locations). We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping. If you look in Your Orders and see that your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we won't delay shipping if it means we'll miss the expected delivery date.

Third party orders

If your order was placed with an Cajline vendor, shipping and delivery timelines will vary. It may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we won't delay or miss the expected delivery date.

International customers

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
