As a Product Designer on our Customer Relationship Marketing team, you will tie together the holistic Cajline experience from on-site and in our apps to off-site in emails and push notifications
You will create and iterate on key flows that intertwine closely with the product experience; think receipt emails, messaging between buyers and sellers, on-boarding, and personalized recommendations. You will also push our email design systems to be flexible, beautiful, and sustainable. This role will be part of a full product team with a product partner and engineers, and will work closely with marketing and brand design.
You will actively contribute to our customer-centric design vision, champion our toolkits and design standards, and own design execution to support growth-oriented business goals. We will trust you to champion customer needs and to maintain a clear understanding of those business goals throughout the lifecycle of every project you work on. This is a full-time role.
